Oh how a couple weeks can really change things around here. The weather is amazing. It is perfect and why we moved here. It is sunny and 75. There is a slight breeze and some clouds move in in the afternoon. It is beautiful. I think it is even more amazing because October was so miserable. Apparently it was worse than usual as far as how much rain we had and that the sun did not come out. I cannot live in a climate that does not see the sun. Which is why I like Colorado even though it gets cold. The sun and blue skies trick my mind into not going crazy. I guess this is how it is suppose to be through December (in case anyone needs to make some plans) and then it gets a little warmer in January and every month afterward until May when the rainy season starts. We are moving February first so we are only concerned about the weather until then.
The kids and I had a wonderful afternoon at the library. It was a nice 15 minute walk away and had a little play room inside and a great park outside. They are at such a great age and really enjoy playground equipment and for the most part do not hurt themselves on it. They love all the climbing stuff and of course the slides too. It is fun watching them play together. I even got a chance to work on my memorizing verbs while they played. I sat in the warm sun and soaked in the vitamin D.
